Our organization is expanding into several new markets over the next year. We are always searching for the right talent to join our team. SMGI offers an internal promotion structure where your hard work will be rewarded.

This entry-level position offers diverse training in multiple aspects of our industry from sales and client interaction, finance, human resources, etc.

College students can earn credit (pending university approval) by working with our company through several departments. We offer internships in Human Resources, PR / Social Media, and Sales.

We have a division of our team trained to host and manage events for our clients to help with their sales and/or community awareness of their products and services.

Our clients use us to outsource a variety of marketing projects. We have a growing need for assistance with the internal and external communication between our organization and our clients.

As we expand our client base and staff at SMGI, our needs for great additions to the Human Resources team expands as well. Our HR team is responsible for managing the needs of our staff on the back end of our business, as well as helping us find the right types of people to assist with and work on our projects.

Our public relations and marketing teams are responsible for brand management for SMGI as well as our small business SEO clients.
